You can file a suit in Bangalore only, and you can also take child your custody, support etc., consult and get a file for divorce, and child support also. Contested matter is taking some time than MCD.Consult and file suit.

You can file for divorce on the ground of cruelty and seek appropriate remedy from the court. With regards the tbe child custody, you need to file a case for custody of child. However, as she is below 5 years child custody js normally given with the mother.

Dear sir,
If you are interested get decree of divorce, you have to file case before Family court for decree of divorce and have you faced any threaten or apprehnsion of registers a case for dowry harrasement, it is better to take anticipatory bail.

It is not clear which religion you both belong to, considering you both are Hindus and your marriage is solemanized as per Hindu rites and customs, I answer the query
If both are consented for Divorce, you both can file petition for divorce under mutual consent, in the event if your wife is not agreed to divorce by mutual consent, then you can file petition for divorce under the ground of Cruelty or any other. Ground as provided under Hindu marriage act n custody for the minor child you can file separate petition.

Question: I need a divorce from my wife ,married in 2014 in jharkhand staying in bangalore with full family ,her and 1& half year daughter, she is abusive and so much dependent on her family .making my family scare for 498 case and cause dis i cant concentrate on my work. i want to keep my daughter with me get separated with her at any cost.

Ans: you can apply for divorce either on mutual consent if she agrees, otherwise, you may need to file on your own. however, you have to give maintenance to her as well as to your child. the question of child custody will not arise as till the age of 7 years, the child has to be with the mother as per law.
