What is legal way to file for Divorce

Sir 3 year back I do count marriage with my ex-lover with the knowledge of my parents & family but we never stay together.Now I want the divorce from but he is not giving me instead he threatening me to expose our court marriage to my parents & family.So please suggest me how can I fill the divorce & how money it requires to complete the process.
As you have solemnised your marriage under special marriage act, which has some legal criteria to be confirmed prior to obtaining the desired court order ..required information like....what court jurisdiction you fall under or otherwise...

Since the court marriage you did has not materialise in physical relationship it will be easier to get divorce in the court of law. First a legal notice has to be served upon your ex-lover cum legally married husband seeking divorce . Money wise it will be a very small involvement too.
