What evidence is required to submit u/s 106 of evidence act

What would be the adequate proof for no income incase the wife is unemployed (never been employed), does not possess a pan card or an old bank account, no property. what kind of documents need to be submitted if husband who is the petitioner in a divorce case seeks details of the wife's income and assets under section 106 of evidence act.

"The Delhi High Court has provided a format for an affidavit which needs to be given by both parties in such cases. Submitting this affidavit in court shall suffice as proof of income.
