What difficulties will the husband go througin getting a divorce
04-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I've been married 11 years and have a 9 yr old daughter. I want to file for a divorce from my wife. We've been having arguements and disagreements (all initiated by her over trivial matters) over the last 10 years and it has reached a point where I cannot take her disrespectful and hateful messages or argurments anymore. It's has caused me a lot of mental stress and depression (suicidal thoughts) as well. Now although she initiated the talks of seperation and divorce, she has backed out and wants to reconcile but I've made up my mind to get out of this marriage. I'm a Hindu, we are aged 37 and 36 resp. Both of us have jobs. As a male, what difficulties will I have in getting a divorce? I don't expect it to be mutual.
You have to learn to tolerate her if you want your daughter to have both parents Love.If not throw this animal brought by you as wife out of the house.along with her belonging back to her mother's house.
Before u file for divorce see that u have proof of her earnings and assets own by her.
Now file for divorce on grounds of cruelty .

Dear sir
As I read u issues it's clearly indicate there is no harmony in your conjugal relation.
As you said u have one daughter of 9 years.
As per your question u will not get any kind of difficulties if u clear all the facts of cruality to honorable court and with that if ur going for mutual consent then u have to make provision for you daughter's all expenses and future endeavors
Thanks
