Is merely talking to ex boyfriend on phone after marriage considered a crime? Can i be charged for the same?
Well Talking on phone ex would not be a crime. frequent call also would not constitute any crime. When it is not crime than you wont be charged for the same. SO far as under family law depending upon the facts and circumstances of the case and personal law applicable to the parties phone calls per se would not be also a ground for divorce as well.
