Hi, where and how was your marriage solmenised? was it Arya Samaj or registered court marriage? What are the valide proof for the marriage? In the case of love marriage, dowry charges gets diluted, however you need to be careful of what you are producing as supporting documents and what not.

If FIR has been lodged then you should start taking steps to obtain Anticipatory Bail from Court. Whether the same will be given or not will depend upon the facts of the case, therefore for further information one will have to look at the FIR.
