If there is no proof of infidelity you can defend the case saying the allegation is not true, If on the other hand there is proof you can still defend it and leave the burden on the person alleging he or sghe must prove the same. If it is a case of divorce if the wife is not working you can seek for maintenance contest the case till the end may be he can come for a settlement.
