What are the Grounds/reasons on which basis one can get divorce.
It it is not mutual as its known that the wife's family is willing to file false cases, what can be done for precaution an separation.
There are several grounds to file a petition for divorce before the family court. Under Hindu marriage act- Mental and physical cruelty, desertion and so on. In case if your wife files a false criminal case then i suggest you to obtain an anticipatory bail.
