What are my rights when husband leaves his house

What if my husband leaves his parents house and stays somewhere else. Will I still be allowed to live in my in-laws house or i will have to leave my in-laws house and stay where my husband is staying? As far as i have read i cannot be kicked out of my in-laws house without a divorce. Is it right?

Dear client if u had live in in laws house with husband then u can ask residential order by filing domestic violence case. Otherwise court direct yr husband to provide u alternate accomodation. For any legal help call me
