What are my options if Mutual Consent divorce denied to me

I was about to get divorced by mutual consent this month due to the unbearable mental torture that my husband did with me and we were about to get separated this month but now he is refusing to give me divorce and requested me to give second chance to save this marriage, i dont want to go for contested divorce at this moment, so if i need to again stay with him is there any formal agreement i can make in order to safeguard myself and submit in police station, please advice.
You both can reconcile the marriage and resolve all the issues with your true minds and with intention to settled all the disputes with the help of an expert and also leave each other egoes which are the basic reasons of your misunderstandings so don't be late take an appropriate steps in this respect.
