I am married for twelve years two kids.my sister in law married my brother n then left him in 3 months to stay wid her colleague in Hyderabad. She left him after a year n now staying wid me n my husband.my both parent in laws also moved to us last year.since den they r troubling me everyday .asking me to pay 50% of all the bills or to leave the house.my sis in law once raised hand on me n stopped me to cook in the kitchen.my husband is unemployed so he says he is helpless n can't do anything. I am not his responsibility .he says "khud kamayo aur khud khaYo."dey r taking revenge of her divorc

Assuming that you and your husband are Hindus, You can ask for maintenance from your husband. Your husband is liable to maintain you. According to section 18(1) of Hindu Adoption and maintenance act you are entitled to be maintained by your husband during your lifetime.
