what are legal rights against harassing wife?

I m married since september 2015. I hv two kids till dis time my wife only stay wid me around 100 or 150 days. Very often she tried fr suicide. Sm time dnt eat fr several days. I asked fr divorce once she was agreed bt again denied. Her family also treathning me n my family.. Wht i do plz help
At the very first instance you should inform the local police station about what you going through so that they can investigate the same and make a report. Moreover, you should file for a mutual divorce upon making your wife ready with the petition copy. You must also inform police that you are fearing false implication of cases of domestic violence, maintenance and 498A. Detailed discussion is necessary.

Anywhy, Problem is Problem. I think, wait for few months or year and then once again send the present position, but before that, contact with an Advocate as regular basis who can give you direction in day to day conduct for which you can overcome this problem and either to take divorce or take decree of Judicial Seperation Section 10 of H.M. Act. etc.
