What action to take against wife cheating on husband after marriage

Mam I hav a problem one of brother is Christian and he had married a Hindu girl with many problems, at temple. When they came to the village the village people discussed and at the conclusion the decision was taken that girl will remain as Hindu and boy will live as Christian so after passage of few years the girl talking with different boys, she remains quite busy in phone not giving interest in brother even they sleep in different bed they have three children. So one day brother asked the girl that with whom she talks and after a strong reply she broke her sim card and mobile too but after a day she took another sim card with same number so brother knew it and he getting angry of that give slaps on her . And now she cplain to police so can u help it out to solve the problems Over all all the villagers know that she is not good girl and not of good characters
It is better to give her a chance or let couple set and talk face to face alone and if possible sort out their problems though discussions if possible for change else file divorce on ground of adultery .

Ask to wtness all villagers about her acdultry..its not easy..so keeping distance of bed for no reason craves ground for divorce..broken somcard also mental cruelty..so let your brother advice to contest the comllain case..and thereafter divorce if irretrieble breakdown..means not easy return to its good conditions of marriage...dont pressurize someone to change his or her religion
