What action can I take if husband filed false statement against me.

my husband's files for divorce case, but i want to live with him. Actually he filed a case with false statements on me, I have proof for everything with his wrong activities which he has done. he married me by showing that he working in good company in which he does fraud there. and he have affair with someone i have the photos on it. if i know all these things i did not ask anything to him. but he is the one files for a divorce cae. In this situation can i submit a petition on him in women's police station about these all. will it be considerable one after he files for divorce case. Will they take any action on him for this. Or this is not considerable because he files a divorce case already

If you give police complaint then he will get more tensed and he will not even think to live with you.

If you want to live with him you better avoid police complaint. Instead of police complaint file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and petition for maintenance. At the same time you have to contest the divorce petition filed by him by filing your counter stating all his misdeeds and your willingness to livetogether.
