Want to stay separate without divorce is it legal.

Hi i am muslim male 33 yrs. married for 11 months in islamic way and not throught court. I am not happy and mentally tortured as my wife's and my wavelength does not match. I cannot divorce due to my parents presure. I just want to abandon my family and wife and run away. Will this have any criminal / legal complications. I plan to write and leave a letter in police staion that nobody is responible but i want to stay alone. Am i safe this way..?
Once you are married, it is your obligation to maintain your spouce who does not have any indpendent income.
Although abandoning your spouce and family does not have any criminal liability. You are bound to provide maintainance.
