Me section 9 ka form district leval par lagau ya tehsil leval par me UNIYARA tehsil me rahta hu Form lagane ke bad kya process hota he meri wife to khud ghar chhod ke kabhi chal jati he air bolne par ulta mere upper iljam lagati he ki me USe ghar se bahar nikalta hu jabki me to bahar job karta hu me aur mere ghar wale use bhut samja chuke par WO nhi samjati to me usko paband karne me liye kya kru muje section 9 me bare me janksri dijiye ya koi air rasta batao plz help me in hindi
U must files ur case u/s 9 of HMA at family in ur district or at ur wife residing in the district ,after filling application u s 9 court rragiter ur case and issue notice to ur wife .finally court order and passed decree ,in the app we mention all the fact winch help u in other matter rest on nesting be care full
