1how does the law go about on issues of domestic violence & dowry harassment, if the wife does not have any proof of either 2how can a father meet his child if the wife does not permit him to whilst they live separately & there are no cases in the court
There is no prohabitation in regards to filling a D V Act case in absnence of any evidence mere on outh statement by victim in court sufficient to file a D V act case.
There is no such provision to stop a father meet his own son during separation period until there is a court order of separation.
