Want to get divorce of my wife on the ground of torture

I Don spoke, drink, I Don go to girls... My wife questions me for every singam thing I do. Talks in sadastirodu manner. She has a problem with each and every person in my family. Whatever people speak she takes in negative way.. I left speaking going to my family members quick long time still she blame me.. Tortures me mentally.. She has a problem of people Don care her.. For everything which happens she will blame me as she got married to me she is sufferring.. I Don know what to do.. She is good at times.. But at least 3 days in a week I hav to suffer.. On that if I tell anything she will start off with the other topic.. I Don know what to do.. Her parents are still worst than her.. Looks she is not at all matured.. Very silly.. Please help me to get red of her. She is not ready for counselling. She did her b. Tech not working.. Daily torture for me.. She sleep off stating she is not well

sir in this case it is better that you file a case for divorce on the ground of mental cruelty and i guess she will file for maintenance and permannent alimony, I guess that if she is not having source of income to maintain herself in that case it is likely that the court will grant maintenance or permanent aliomy but if you can prove that she can work and also has source of income and can maintain herself then she is not entitled for maintenance or permanent alimony.
