Want to file divorce but don't have marriage picture or certificate

sir i and my husband done a love marriage with out our parents permission,in the year of 1997. in their house also they have not agreed, so also i lived with him till now from the day first im having a problem with their house people, they have kicked us both (husband and Wife) out from their house, im having two kids, since 7 to 8 years my husband is not going to work or anything, he's very much harrassing me and my kids i cant leave with him since one month he's not with us, i want to apply for divorce, i dont have marriage certificate, marriage pics nor even an invitation pls help me
