what is your wife doing is she is homemaker or working women first clear all this the age is not the problem for marriage first you have to file an divorce petition after that you can make sure that you have such type of proof that can prove that your wife is doing Adultery to you but in law there is Adultery for women.

Dear Sir, your query is quite elaborate. Firstly, adultery is an absolutely separate ground from what you are stating before me . for proving adultery per se, you need to have cogent evidence in the court of law. these days in many cases, Courts have gone to the extent of denying potent evidence and stating that so and so does not tantamount to adultery. This group is a technical one to prove. Moreover, the other facts that you state, you have a good case for mental cruelty in terms of the fact that feel cheated and cannot continue with the relationship anymore and would want to seek divorce and start a new life. Kindly contact a lawyer for further guidance. Thanks & regards
