Want divorce from foreign women who cant back. how to proceed

I am a srilankan can I ask how to get divorce with foreign woman? She is not against, but she s in Australia. We live separate for 5 years. She s not going to come here. I need to get divorce. So, what the way to do that and what about the price of that?
Right Now where is your place of residence, because according to your residence the jurisdiction will be decided and after that you can file Divorce according to Hindu Right in that the service is to be done to your wife and in that you can go for Ex-Party order against your wife and you will get Divorce from your wife.

First of all you must share full information like your place of present stay so as to ascertain jurisdiction secondly whether ur wife belong to India or she Hindu . how ur marriage took place means covered by which act as marriage is governed by personnel laws or by special act divorce with her presence is possible but she must be served Summons. Sir, firstly your query is incomplete. You need to provide details of the place of residence with respect to you, under what religion/laws was your marriage solemnized, etc.. Having said that, if your wife if also ready to give you divorce, then you may file for divorce by mutual consent in India as per your jurisdiction ofcourse, wherein you state that due to irreconcilable differences between the both of you, you would like to obtain divorce. within 6 months you will be granted divorce. You will be required to file an affidavit duly signed by your wife stating the particulars in addition not the fact that she is in australia so she won't be unable to come for the proceedings in India.
