Validity of a Christian girl and hindu boy marriage ?

A 'christian girl married to hindu boy under hindu marriage act. can a christian girl marry a hindu boy? After the marriage she converted into Hinduism. After the marriage they get two daughters. They lived together for more than 10 years and she wants judicial separation . How to go about it?
Under Hindu Marriage Act for the marriage to be valid it has to be between two Hindus and you state you converted after the marriage?Need more clarity on the dates as the validity of the marriage could become an issue.Are you separated now? The procedure for a decree of judicial separation is almost same as that of Divorce ,it has to be filed in the family court .Depending on your facts better and faster option is to file in the magistrate court relief of protection( under which order restricting him from coming near your residence can be prayed for if he is violent) maintenance for self and children,Custody,compensation.
