Torcher by wife and her family how to get divorce

i got married as per Muslim traditions in Delhi two years before. I have one year old daughter. After two months of the marriage my wife started to pick fights everyday and when i replied she used to throw everything her hands fell on while abusing and then would close the door and try to commit suicide.She throws herself on the floor and cries like a mad or the one suffering from hysteria. She disrespect me and talk shouting.Her mother is worse. she is the main force behind her. They want me to act as per their fingers against my will. they have been also the cause of my quitting two jobs for which they don't care but they also want money from me. if i don't do as they say they threaten me and my family for framing them including me in the court cases like they did a couple of days before. They did that simply because i did not go to my wife's parents house. They also threatened my sisters and their husbands to implicate them on dowry demand case. plz advise how do i get divorce?
