Took no dowry now wife threatening to file false case against me

i am married , between me and my wife a disupte we want divorce but she didnot want to say a single word from her mouth she want that i will say first. sir we have not demanded a single penny dowry from their family. she is already trying to implement false case of dowry on me and my family. she is also doing job. please let me know what should i do. my wife and my have other ration card. she is not living with me from last 1 year. please let me know what should i do. i don't want to go into jail or anyone of my family members

No doubt law is in favour of females but it's not rigid because with cause of action case could be dealt in favour of Husband and relatives of husband as resently apex court had stopped immediate arrest of husbands and family members under section 498a .Send me details for further advice !
