how much time it will take if all sections are compoundable and chargesheet is filed and both parties agrees for withdrawal (husband wife matter)? sec 506, 342 and 498A

If all sections are compoundable then an application is to be filed u/s 320 CrPC and the court passes order it hardly takes 5 minutes to compound if all the sections are compoundable, even if one section is non compoundable then it cannot be combined, so if all are compoundable then file application, please see some sections are only compoundable with permission of court.

Both you have to appear before court through your respective advocates and file the withdrawal memo by whoever who has filed the case and then it is the discretion of the court decide. Usually court will consider it immediately in many cases or may give short date to consider the same.
