Dear client as per law u cannot ask divorce before completion of one year of marriage. After one year u can file divorce on the ground of cruelty. But before that file complaint with women cell of police under sec 498 a against husband and his family. Also file domestic violence case for mental harassment. For any legal help call me

Hi
According to provision of Hindu law it is not allowed to file divorce within one year of marriage.
Still you can seek permission of the court for filing the case, but it will be dependant upon your urgency.

Divorce with in one year of marriage is not possible. If you file divorce case in court of law then there will be mediation round for at least six month then only if no solution came the divorce take place.
In ur case you can file 498 case to stop ur physical harassment.
