Can i ask my spouse to sign all the false alligations made against our family in her 498a complaint file in CAW cell in Delhi ? if yes and she does then it will be proof with us that she had prviously commited such mistakes and again in future she is doing the same.? please suggest.
Why would your spouse will sign those documents. You can only get it signed by hiding the facts or by some illegal means.
If you can get it signed then it will be beneficial for you in later stage of the case.

Yes certainly you can...n it can be used as evidence but get it witnesedone also by members of both parties...undoubtedly this can help showing conduct of complainant ...which can be used as evidence any time....n make it clear that no undue influence n the contents have been read over or explain is written in the statement..

The question within itself is not clear??Why will you ask your spouse to sign it??If she wants she can again move to CAW cell therefore these things wont be of real help,Therefore if issues are getting resolved its better to sort out problems,If not then you can also go ahead and file divorce proceedings on different grounds.
