Staying separate for past 4 years husband don't want to divorce

I am staying separately with my 10 yrs old son for last 4 years. In last 4 yrs, husband has nevered helped for son's education. Can I file for divorce with my son's custody. I tired for mutual divorce, but looks like it will not be mutual. Pls guide me, how can I take this forward?

You should file applications for maintenance under Section 125 CrPC claiming maintainance on behalf of both you and your son. After obtaining all the above reliefs, you should file for a divorce.
