Your son can file divorce petition based on the reason that your son's wife wants to lead a lavish life, so she tutored and tortured her husband forced to leave job, and she forced him to do business by selling the movables for investment at her town and again after loosing all he came back to his parents house and joined a job, but the wife not cooperating and giving mental torture, so. He can file divorce petition under mental torture and cruelty under Domestic violence Act and file petition for divorce.

If your son can establish proper grounds for obtaining the divorce, then you can ask your son to file for the divorce petition. Please consult a lawyer with more details for appropriate remedies.
