Son in law and daughter have no physical relation how can we proceed

I required legal advise on my daughter marriage.. she had married last year, it is about one year and she stays with her husband house in solapur maharstra. for day one they have not shared bed, he I do not have feeling. asking her to go and settle and build your carrier. but my daughter says she wanted to try . when we ask his father he says. What we did what happened, any one tell me how we can proceed.

Dear client if there is no physical relationship between yr daughter and son in law from the beginning of marriage then it means marriage is not consumed. Yr daughter can file file case for annulment of marriage to get it cancel on the non consumption of marriage. For any legal help call me

Your daughter can file a case for nullity as if the marriage is to be declared as null due to the impotency of her husband. Above that your daughter can also file 498A case alongwith domestic violence case and seek compensation also.

you have a very good case. there is special act has been enacted for such violence's. the domestic violence act. any women may ask all the interim reliefs and protection under this act. she may also file case u/s 498A of IPC even before police and also a private criminal case. she may also file Divorce Petition on the said ground. in case if you do not wish all these legal battles then you may simply issue the legal notice and may see the reactions to decide further course of action.
