Sister's in laws forcing her to cut off from her family how to deal?

My sister(victim) is not allowed 2communicate by any means 2 her father/ friends or me. She has not been given even with a mobile. On repeated sms n calls to my sisters husband and in-laws, I being younger brother of the victim get a call all of a sudden from my sister after 4 years saying that me and my father shud cut off all relation/communication with her or else she will approach police. It's clearly evident that my sister who loved me so much is under influence of her husband & inlaws who forced her 2say d above mentioned telephonically 2her brother (that's me). How shud I solve ?
You will have to resolve the issue amicably because if your sister who you state that she is happy with husband then you cannot take any action.
However if you have any doubt regarding her safety or maybe she is forced to make such statment,then you will have to contact the nearest police station and go at her premises to ascertain whether is she safe.
