I other slouse is ready to get divorce then petition is filed under 13B, if not then under 13 hindu marraige act. So even if husband not ready even then she can demand divorce from court. Dowry articles can be recovered by various methods. It can be asked in divorce petition itself. Also it can be taken back by lodging FIR under sec 498Aand 406 IPC. Apart from these she can demand money from him in form of maintenance. She can also file complaint under domestic violence act.
