Sister in law physically assault me no action taken by police

I was physically assaulted by my sister-in-law (jethani) in fornt of my husband, and he also beaten me so i could not complaint, i filed a complaint only against her but delhi police not taken any action against her. Now i have been living with my parents how can i get justice and i also want divorce? I have all the document where i was admitted after that incident, where clearly mentioned that physically assaulted by sister in law.
You may file a complaint in court under section 12 of the Protection of Woman Against Domestic Violence Act 2005. You may also file a petition of Divorce Against your husband under section 13 (1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955, on the ground of cruelty. You may take the advice of a good lawyer who is capable of presenting your case effectively.
