You can file a complaint if domestic violence in the court and can also claim monthly maintainence from your husband . The court will order ur husband to give you and your child monthly maintainence and if he doesn't not provide you that he will have to face the consequences. He will be behind bars.

Dear client , law of india provides many remedies in favour of women . your sister has every right to claim maintenance of herself and son . she can even teach her husband a lesson by seeking legal remedies through lawful means . Law also provides punishment for such a cruel behaviour towards her wife and child . for more information you have to meet me personally.

We filed petition for maintenance for money for you and your son which will include litigation expenses, school fee etc.. We can filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. In other words a petition in which the court will direct your husband to live with you and to take care of you.

Law is supportive for women. We can file petition for maintenance of wife and child in which husband is bound to provide you monthly amount as per the directions of the court.. We can also file criminal complaint against husband for beating and maltreating wife.
Many other reliefs we can claim. Meet me and give more details for better advice.
