Sister husband not supporting and beating also a kid is there

On behalf of my sister (punjabi) . hi, my husband often fights wid me beats me and tortures me.from past 1 month he is staying separately.he has stopped coming home and stopped giving me any money. I m housewife.I have ten year old son and no money.in laws not supporting at all.no money to buy food even.I m not aware of rights of women.please guide me.

The court will order ur husband to give you and your child monthly maintainence and if he doesn't not provide you that he will have to face the consequences. He will be behind bars.
