HI
If your wife is deserting the matrimonial home on her own accord, then she is not entitled to
a) Maintenance or
b) Share of your property.
Also given that it is only 8 months since you are married and also that you do not have any children, the courts are unlikely to grant maintenance or share of property if claimed by your wife.

Hello Sir,
If your wife is well educated and is capable to maintain herself then maintenance will not be granted to her, coming to property, if you have self acquired property then she will have right in that property.

Christian Law Of Succession...All property owned by individual , no matter whatever the mode of acquisition is treated as his or her self acquired property. So one can deal with his property in any manner he or she like during their lifetime. Nobody acquires any property rights while the individual is living. The individual can bequeath his or her property in part or in entirety by WILL during his or her life time. Legal heirs acquire their share or rights in the property as per succession law only after the death of the individual and not before. The queriest wife cannot claim any rights in the property of the queriest. She can at the most claim for maintenance under section 125 Cr P C at this moment .
