Separation period of 20 years would it amount to divorce

I have been separated from my wife for more than 20 years. Does that mean divorce is automatic? I am a Hindu

Dear client there is not automatic divorce. U have to file for divorce in court. It does not mean thst u r staying separately for many years means u get divorce automatically. File divorce petition in court on the ground of irreplaceable break down of marriage. For any legal help call me

Yes, desertion for a period of 2 years is sufficient for filling a divorce against a spouce this is one of the ground for getting divorce under Hindu marriage act 1955 and you will easily get divorce but for this you have to file a case in court.
