Separation from wife having relationship with other girl what to do

I am in relationship with any other girl. I got into relationship because I was not happy with my married life now I want a divorce but my wife and my family are forcing me to live with her without even my consent. How can I file a case? Or can I live with that girl in live in relationship ..my marriage has completed almost 10 years. Pls give me advice .
You can file for a divorce petition irrespective of the fact that your family is not with you in that decision of yours. What matters is your decision and the merits in your case for getting a divorce.

Hi, our law does not permit relationship or stay with another lady during sustenance of marriage. If you are so inclined to live with other lady, please take divorce from your wife. You have not mentioned the reasons of dissociation from your wife and iinclination towards other lady. Perhaps that facts may give reasons of divorce.
