Separation as wife went to her home and never returned back

Hello, I got married in month of January 2016, my wife was not good with her behavior and were in bad support of her parents and sister, she never interested in any conversation with my family members and even not with me as well. Her family behaviour was also not good with me and my family. I caught her red handed while mixing some powder in tea and floor box. Then in month of March 2016 she went to her home and since then she never returned back and when i tried to contact her she never responded, her parents also not responding properly. Kindly advise how this need to tackle and handle.
It is unfortunate that within such short time you have to face such drastic situation.
As she is not cooperating then it can be presumed that she is not interested in the marriage.
You will have to file for Divorce on the ground of cruelty.
Once you file for the Divorce and the Court calls her the it will be depending on the defence taken by her to oppose the Divorce.
If she does not have any strong defence then the court will grant you Divorce..

what u have i.e. divorce or restitution or seperation
then file petition before family Court...
after court issueing notice to ur wife
then matter is before counsellor for settlement.

First you need to issue her notice bringing about how she has left the matrimonial house whether alongwith stridhan ornaments, articles or not ? issue her notice stating that you have committed an offence of insulting the matrimonial institution. later on you can file a divorce petition on the grounds of mental cruelty ie after expiry of one year
