Separated from 1 year how can we proceed for divorce

Me and my wife separated after 2 month of marriage due to she doubt that i allready married.. I ask her parent to prove it...but they take it wrongly... Now 1 year complete ...we tried to convince her family..but no result... Now they demanading huge amount for divorce.... I don't want to give it... As i did not done any mistakes... Please advice how do i proceed for divorce.... Do i need to give her notice to come back or directly file divorce...

Dear client first send her legal notice and ask her to solve problem between both off u peacefully. If she will not act per notice then file case for restitution of conjugal rights under sec 9 of Hindu marriage act and ask her come back to matrimonial home. For any legal help call me

Have u sent Notice to ur wife asking the reason for her doubt ? If not then send Notice and wait. Mention the reason demanding huge amount for divorce. It something fishy . If they dont reply then u have a right go ahead for divorce . Still see if u can go for CONSENT DIVORCE. Try to find the history of ur spouse and her family if they are greedy for money or any other reason taking so bold decision. You may contact me if u wish so

Sir, it is advisable that you should not proceed for divorce in fact you should give notice to come back ie restitution notice and also give copy of the same with an application to concern police station stating that you are ready to cp habit and altercation aroused due to misunderstanding. This will help u for your further legal battle.
