Secretly married want a divorce what can be done

I had marriage with a girl secretly three and half years ago. In that court marriage the girl fortunately got her parent but from me my friend was appeared. Since the day of marriage till today she lives with her parents. Now I want to get divorce from her. How it would be possible please help me sir. We both belong to Hindu religion.
Talk to your legal wedded wife ask her whether she wants to divorce you or not and accordingly file a mutual divorce petition and carry on with your own life if she refuses file contested divorce, upon discussion can get to a solution here are the ways

Though both of you are Hindus but, if i am not wrong your marriage was solemnized under Special Marriage Act, 1954 and you gave 30days notice prior to your marriage. Yes, you can file divorce suit on the ground stated by you and the mutual divorce is the best way. Marriage certificate and other testimonials of your residential status and identity would be required.

You can file a divorce petition. There are two types of marriage; one is mutual divorce and other one is contested. It is always better to get a mutual divorce as that will take less time and money. But for that you need to convince your wife to give you a mutual divorce. If she does not agree with you then you have to go for a contested divorce.

The person did not disclose whether marriage was registered or not. Anyway, we presume that it can be a Hindu marriage. In this situation application U/S 13 of H.M.Act is better for divorce on desertion ground, before the Ld. District. Judge of his district, with a cause of action, which will be discuss before filling the Suit.
