Rights on maintenance money and property

Hello there
I m a Hindu girl, been married since 2012 but my husband is abusive and does not want me to live with him as he works in different state n has affair too...
But I don't have any proof regarding this. Been with my parents for 1 year... he does not give even a penny to me.before that I lived with him for almost 2 years... then ultimately he kicked me out of his house....
Now if I apply for divorce, will I get any maintenance from him and do I have any rights on his property
Yes u can get a maintenance from ur husband after filing divorce too, u just have to proof proper source of income of your husband and u will alimony in the event of divorce being granted by the court.u can also claim on his self acquired property.
