Remedies if Husband does not want to follow the marital relationship

I m from a Hindu family. Me and my husband had issues due to which we are not living together from almost 9 months. I many times asked him to come with elder family members to discuss the problems. But he always made excuses. And also he said that he don't care whether I file a case or come back home or we live separately without legal separation. What should I do please suggest?
In this case you have to file a case under section 9 of hindu marriage act 1955 for restitution of conjugal right. By this he will be summoned by court from there he has to take you with him self under court observation. For More brief u may call me as I am advocate looking after many such cases

U should first decide what u want from ur husband , if does not want to live with u then how can u force him to live with you. Although u can file section 9 and maintenance case in the court as ur husband has neglected u.
