Continuation I have a baby my husband [second marriage] he s very supportive and he the reason for my living sir my brother and father as fought for some reason now my brother he black mailing me for amount if I don't get amount from my father he 'll bring that cheater who married me [first marriage] and from his side he 'll files the case As I didn't divorce him and remarried as I don't know anything any details about that cheater [first marriage] What can I do now Pls help me

Your narration is not clear and I didn't understand this brother, cheater black mail etc. Hence, If you are a Hindu as per the hindu marriage act 1956 you can't marry another person without divorcing your first husband and it is an offence and your second marriage will not get any legal sanctity and it will become adultery and your children will be called as illegitimate children. If your first husband possess any proof to prove that you are married to him and decided to drag you to the court means you will be under trouble. Get the mutual divorce with him peacefully.

In order to prove second marriage he has to have evidence, so if he files you get the bail and fight it no need to worry as such, instead you file a case against your brother for domestic violence, and he will never try to harass you
