Madam,

How can you say that you are the "wife" of the person you married when he did not divorce his wife? Although you married him but only the other woman is the legally wedded wife of the person you married. The consent letter and mutual agreement will not hold any water. Yes, the other woman can file a case of bigamy on the person you married. You and the person you married have only one option left is to file a petition for declaring the second marriage as void. Otherwise, give her the demanded amount and ask her to sign on the mutual consent divorce petition and after the divorce, you can stay with the person you married. I hope this clarifies.

Dear Client,
You did not mention your religion. I think, all of you are Hindus. Then even with the consent of first wife, marrying a spouse living person amounts to an offence and against law. Any agreement on anti social laws will not be enforceable in courts. If the 1st wife files a complaint against you, then you, and your husband will face hardship. Don`t reveal the agreement about your marriage with spouse living husband. At best you can say, that you do not know about your husband is spouse living and you married him, thinking that he did not get married earlier to your marriage, if your marriage was performed with him as per Hindu rites and ceremonies. If she is calling time and again you can block that number or you may change old sim and use another sim without giving new number to that other woman.
