regarding fraud in marriage husband hide his cast as he is from obc

my husbend was widower with kids and i was a widow in 2002.and divorce in 2014-fabruary.i remarried with this man and given all the document about me and my both marriage.i am a uttranchali bhrahmin by cast.our marriage took place in arya samaj jaipur in 8-4-14.in documents husbend said to me write widow i did it.we both from jaipur and both are in govt job.hence after dispute we applied for mutual divorce.i came to know that his all reletives are saini (mali) by cast.his wife was and all relitives cast saini,can i sue for froud
