Received divorce notice from husband what will happen if i refuse it

I suggest you to receive the notice as it will give you a good platform to ask him a maintenance even without giving him givorce as there are certian judgement of supreme court which is complete based on giving notice for divorce.

If uou dont receive notice than court will pass an ex parte decree for divorce without any further delay. His divorce petiton will b decided without your appearabnce, if u wanna contest than you hv to hire legal attorney or advocate for appear before court n place ur defence before court

If u do not recieve and the report of process server is that u ve refused then court will consider as refusal and it will be deemed that summons are served and the court may proceed ex-parte. Which is unnecessary and you may face problem if proceeded ex-parte.
