Query regarding filing petition for mutual divorce. How to proceed ?

Me and my husband have been living separately for around 3 years and would like to file for a mutual divorce. I currently work in Noida and reside in Faridabad while my husband works and resides in the United States of America. I would like to know whether we can file the petition in any of the family courts in Delhi/NCR. If yes, which court should we go ahead with filing the petition? Also what are the typical cost for the whole process?
You can file the divorce in fraidabad according to the reliabilty of the petitioner ....and the divorce will take place in around 6 months but your husband's presenc is necessary at these two motions...
