Property transferred to minor child in a divorce destroyed by father

As per a divorce agreement at supreme court mediation in divorce a residential flat at Adyar Chennsi was given to a minor girl child by her father who is son of retired Justice high court justice. Before transferring it he damaged interior of the flat destroyed electrical system all inside doors, commodes water taps etc. He obstructed the mutation of the property by not handing over the tax receipt and property cards. Since he is son of a retired Justice the Police and Judicial system in Chennai won't help this baby girl and her custodian mother. This baby girl 3year old needs urgent help The flat is her only source of income and she cannot lease it for tent.

You can file a police complaint against her if the said complaint is not registered in any police station then, you can write a letter to Superintended Of Police and if the said polixe officer denies to do the same then, you can file a case in the court under section 156(3) of CrPC. You need to have faith in the judicial system of India as you will definitely get justice.
