Property registered in joint name I paid full how to protect property

Hallo sir, I purchased a joint property with my wife with a joint loan and joint aggrement in ragistar office.My money contribution in property is 100% with bank EMI and builder payment.My wife contribution is zero.so how can i save my propery before applying for divorce?

Dear client as u have jointly registered flat in boths name so yr wife is also owner of property. U have to file civil case in court to remove her name ftom property card showing that u have paid all amount of flat and wife has not contribute any thing. For any legal help call me

You can save your property by bringing all evidences of your 100% contribution with bank EMI and Builder Payment. Generally in Divorce cases you can also show that you will have no accomodation to live in if your wife claims and court orders to give her half share in the property.
