In case of adultery wife cannot claim maintenance or alimony in court of law. There is no need to pay alimony or anything. But you must have strong proof which proves that your spouse is indulge in offence of adultery, so try to collect more evidence which will make our case more strong. Deciding factors for alimony are income, age, education, lifestyle of both spouse, period of marriage, liabiities of parties etc.

If adultry is prooved wife is not eligible for elimony. However whatever the proves you have they should be clear and visible enough. Like photos , video recording etc. Once it is proved alimony is not given to wife. There are different factors like money spend in marriage, living standard and earing of husbnd also uf there are any children.

Hello client,
i have read your question its very deep question .As per your view the must consider the facts and proof which you have against your spouse as a matter of adultery but as a matter of eveidence with seeing the evidence its very difficult to say weather the court will consider your evidence or not.that is right if adultery is proved then alimony will get a big question as deciding factor.
Thanks.
